We want each homeowner who reaches Taxcelebrate Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Taxcelebrate Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Taxcelebrate Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@taxcelebrate.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to assist.
